Customize page actions

Docs, notebook, and glass layouts accept a renderPageActions interceptor for the Markdown copy button and view options menu, like the existing renderLayout, renderPage, and renderBody options.

Return null to hide the actions:

  renderPageActions: () => null,
});

Plugins can intercept them too, through actionsInterceptors on the layout context data.
